STORY:

There was a man who was living with his three sons. His sons worked hard, but they always fought against each other. Although the man kept trying to help his sons to make peace with one another, he did not succeed. In fact, their fight got to the point where their neighbors would make fun of them.

Eventually, my father became ill. He pleaded with his sons to learn how to cooperate with his imminent death, but they did not listen. The father then decided to teach his sons a practical lesson to help his sons forget their differences and become a united group.

The father called his sons and said, “I will give you each one the same amount of sticks that you divide. Anyone who breaks the sticks very quickly will be rewarded. ”

After agreeing to the job, the father gave each of his sons 10 sticks and instructed them to break each stick in half. The task took the boys to complete the minutes, but when they finished, they started arguing over who finished first.

My father said, “Dear sons, the work is not finished yet. Now I am going to give each of you 10 sticks, however, you should break the sticks in half like a lump rather than cut each one separately. ”

His sons agreed and tried to do as he asked. They both tried their best, but neither of them escaped the mass. They told their father they had failed.

In response, their father said, “You see, it was easy to break the sticks in one go, but you could not break all ten at once. Likewise, if the three of you stay united as a group, no one will be able to harm you. However, if you fight all the time, anyone will be able to defeat you. Please come together as a united group. ”

The study helped the sons’ sons understand the power of the team and promised their father that, if they progressed, they would work together as a team, no matter what the situation.

MORAL:

Being a member of a successful team helps contribute to the team’s morals and motivation. Strong teams are naturally aligned to work hard, support each other, and work together to achieve the same goal. Each person has different talents, strengths, and weaknesses to contribute to the collaboration, so staying focused on the work you have done rather than letting your conflicts get in the way will help you achieve the results you want.
