Counterintuitive Motivation Hack Lost

People are always looking for that spark to move us when we are trapped. We know what we need to do but we are working hard to do it. Also, it’s easy to lose sight of our commitment to ourselves, “I’m just not encouraged.”

We can look to Instagram to find exercise videos, Youtube to find inspiring speeches, or read an article like this to keep us going. It may work from time to time, but most of the time, you’ll just have to look at your screen and press it someday.

The problem with reliance is the motivation to go through these feelings pass and do not go hand in hand. It is good if we feel in line with our intentions, and we can use it, but if we do not have it, it is not very helpful to wait for that feeling to return as it may be quite a while.

There are two parts to solving this motivation problem:

  1. Address the distractions
When we feel neglected or discouraged, there is often something going on in our lives that influences the way we think about achieving our goals. We may feel depressed, frustrated, or anxious, and we spend a lot of time trying to put out fires and allow other activities to take precedence.

The practice of meditation, meditation, and breathing is essential to a successful mind-set in meeting these challenges successfully. This mindset allows us to conserve our energy and to be in a balanced, calm state of mind.

Lack of motivation can be disguised as deep-seated emotional pain such as shame, guilt, anger, or resentment. When we feel emotionally drained and overwhelmed, it makes all aspects of our lives more difficult.

Let us examine these feelings for ourselves and the world and its affairs. We can discern what is true or what is false. When we have more certainty and clarity, we feel simpler and clearer, and this is the power to motivate and drive.

Focusing too much on the outcome removes our purpose from delivering the process. We often get too far ahead of ourselves and stick to the outcome, and when we do not see the response we seek, our motivation diminishes.

The most effective way is to follow the daily routines needed to achieve the ultimate goal. This approach allows us to provide more presence and awareness of what we can influence on a daily basis, making it easier to control and more precise. Success is not a parallel journey; there are ups and downs, but we will get there faster and easier if we stick to the process.

“I hate every minute of training. But I said, don’t give up. Be patient now and live your whole life as a hero. ”- Muhammad Ali

Repetition, here is what affects our motive:

Problems and challenges exist in our lives that take up our time, energy, and drive.
A difficult emotional state and the story we tell ourselves, which keeps us trapped.
He focuses on the outcome rather than the necessary process.
The second step in solving this motivation problem is that you do not need inspiration but you do use a very powerful strategy.

  1. It builds momentum
The more steps we take, the stronger our energy becomes, the stronger our energy becomes. It requires us to overcome the initial resistance of stretching and breaking in our comfort zone. However, the more we do it, the easier the process becomes.

The power of the loop feedback is precisely that positive action leads to positive results, leading to positive emotions (motivation). The effect of snowball builds up and picks up speed, and once you start, it’s hard to slow down.

What can cut you off and push you back to look at the wrong things. The human mind is manipulative, so we tend to focus on what we perceive to be wrong. We could lose sight of the small win and win along the way.

Momentum expresses itself in journalism and self-expression. This process creates a strong connection to the changes and steps we take, even if they have not yet manifested themselves in visible results. Creating dynamic consistency takes us back to freeing ourselves from the consequences, and instead focuses on the process.

“Encouraged people always find a way. Disappointed people will always find a way not to go. ”- Ed Latimore

Striving for perfection or thinking that “all or nothing” is one of the most ineffective ways to create momentum. What happens most is that once we are “ruined,” we tell ourselves that we will start again next week or another day. This cycle of inconsistency continues over and over again.

We need to understand that we will push ourselves from time to time, things will happen beyond our control, and we must continue where we left off. This vision will ultimately make achieving our goals faster, easier, and more enjoyable.

We can create greater motivation and energy in our lives in these practical ways. However, it is important to understand that the ongoing practice of committing ourselves to our goals and aspirations requires more than we can feel right now.
