We can look to Instagram to find exercise videos, Youtube to find inspiring speeches, or read an article like this to keep us going. It may work from time to time, but most of the time, you’ll just have to look at your screen and press it someday.
The problem with reliance is the motivation to go through these feelings pass and do not go hand in hand. It is good if we feel in line with our intentions, and we can use it, but if we do not have it, it is not very helpful to wait for that feeling to return as it may be quite a while.

Success is not a parallel journey; there are ups and downs, but we will get there faster and easier if we stick to the process.
