I can or I can’t-Small Story


Your emotions are the means by which our unconscious mind communicates with you. If your thoughts make you feel so bad about yourself, those thoughts need to be re-established.

Once you’ve found a few ideas that don’t work for you, change them instead. There is always a way to turn these thoughts into positive ones and make you feel better.

For example,

“I can’t do this because… ..”

Switch to:

“I will use my strength and focus on what I can do more than I can.”

When you focus on what you can’t do, you start to develop feelings of “you can’t”, instead focus on what you can do, and those too will start to replicate. Even if you do not believe that you can do something with a complete heart, when you say it yourself, it will begin to further the formation of your truth.
