Behavior That Can Kill Your Work

Tasks do not usually follow a smooth, straight path. If you encounter a suspended or loose job – and most of us do it at one time or another – take a good look at yourself in the mirror. Are you guilty of exhibiting any of these common behaviors? These ten job-killing traps can mean the difference between going up and down in the workplace. If you see your behavior here, make it your goal to change it – before you do it. Over time, you may see that your work is moving from a stable to a high place.

Satisfaction with performance or prices – With commitment and lower delivery.
Resistance to change – Failure to accept new ideas.
Being a Troubleshooter vs Troubleshooter.
Winning your boss but not your business peer group.
Always worry about the continuation of your next task compared to focusing on the present.
Running for position – is absolutely obvious to everyone except you!
Self-exaltation – to show a sense of humor, and a strong attitude.
Lack of courage and confidence to step back from the system.
You forget to make a follow-up plan where you will be promoted.
Satisfaction – you have stopped growing.
