  1. Lack of confidence.
    It will eat you alive. It’s like a parasite; it begins slowly, reproduces, until it takes over your whole body. It changes the way you are, the way you think, and the way you see things. It destroys you until you are no longer yourself.
  2. Low self-esteem.
    To think that you can’t do something leads to failure. How do you know if you can do it if you have not tried? Do not doubt yourself to the point that it prevents you from pursuing your dreams and what you want in life. A little self-doubt is good sometimes, that means you are human, but when that confidence is too much it will not get you anywhere. You will have more if you have any regrets in life. If you don’t believe in yourself, how can other people believe you?
  3. Comparison.
    You know what they say; someone will always be better than you. But that doesn’t mean you can’t be ahead. Yes, a successful woman who keeps comparing herself has everything you need, do you know why? Because you worked hard for it. So that means you have to work hard for what you want. It will not be easy. It’s going to be really hard, you can cry on the way but that’s okay.
  4. Being too hard for you.
    Yes you have failed, but not everyone? Tell yourself it’s okay. It is wrong to punish yourself. The only thing you have to do is accept. Accept the fact that sometimes things don’t work out and that’s fine because you can always try again.
  5. Overconfidence.
    This is unhealthy. You will just keep thinking and thinking but you are not going anywhere. It will destroy you until you are not confident enough. The world is already full of people who criticize you, do yourself a favor and stop blaming yourself. Let other people do it for you but never blame yourself. Be your first follower.
  6. A place of comfort.
    He dwells on the daily thought “this is where I got it”. Stop it. As long as you are alive, you keep going. Of course, life begins at the end of your comfort zone. Believe me, you don’t want to live a life doing the same thing every day. I don’t mean crazy, just try something new and get out of there. You will be amazed at what you can find, never to find.
  7. Be afraid to show who you are.
    Don’t be like that. Yes, people will judge you and not care what you are or what you do so it could be your own fault. People who truly love you will accept anything so there is really no reason to be afraid. Only people who care about you and love you are important.
  8. Postponing things.
    You always procrastinate thinking that there is a future. One day it won’t be tomorrow. You are the only person who can make things happen in your life. YOU, YOU and no one else. So don’t procrastinate. If you can do it now why do it tomorrow.

And the list goes on. I know all this because I used to be all that stuff. The best times in the 21 years of my life are when I have defeated those on the list, when I have finally won against myself. My early life was difficult. I was very shy, insecure, speechless, I let other people put me down, but when I entered college everything changed. I’m too tired to be seen. Then I realized that my main rival was me.

So I made an effort to change my approach. So here I am writing, expressing my thoughts and sharing my story that I know most people can understand. I’m not famous for anything but I’m really a person to a lot of people. I am no longer visible and I live differently than just living. I am still fighting my battle and I am definitely winning.
