Daily Ten Minute Power


It’s amazing what can happen if you do something for 10 minutes a day, every day. The most important thing to you. Something that will help you achieve your goals, change your life, and make a difference in the world.

Since it is almost impossible to believe that this is true, you may want to stop reading right now and just try. If you want more convincing, please read on.

Select “item.” Really, whatever you wish you could do but you don’t. Exercise? Choose that. Writing weekly blog posts? Choose that. Planting your own garden? Choose that.
Learning new software? Choose that.


Once you have chosen your target job, all you have to do is spend 10 minutes doing it
Every day. Follow. Write them down on your calendar after you finish each day. Magic in this way is threefold:

Most of us can convince ourselves to do anything (or exercise) as long as we have 10 minutes to do it. Set a timer. If it lasts 10 minutes, you’re done.

Once we start, we sometimes get into the flow, and soon we have achieved something remarkable.

Everyday habit becomes a habit. Once you’ve become accustomed to it, you can choose a new “thing” to add to your life.

So go ahead, devote 10 minutes each day to doing something important and see what happens. What should you lose? Only 10 minutes!
