When someone is upset, it may be best to avoid getting angry, responding in a kind way, or telling someone to calm down. When a person is really angry, it is best to leave them alone, but sometimes it is better to listen and hear him speak. And if you need to make your point, it is best to wait until it cools down.
How do you respond to someone else’s anger? Can you stay calm during storms?
